Osgoode Legal Risk Management in Documentation and Charting for Nurses

Charting and documentation is a critical task for the nursing professional. However, if it is not done properly, this daily task can become fraught with legal risk and liability. Failure to understand and prevent these risks can be costly and result in significant legal, professional and personal consequences.
